Fall & Spring Cleanups

Fall Cleanups are completed from November 1-December 31. Lawn and garden areas will be cleaned from leaves and tree debris. We can move debris to curb for local town pickup or haul and dump offsite with our commercial leaf vacuum system.

Spring Cleanups are competed from March 1-April 15. Lawn and garden areas will be cleaned from any fallen leaves and tree debris over the winter and anything missed during the fall months. This service gets your property ready for your first lawn mowing and spring mulch installation.

LAwn Rolling, Aeration, and Overseeding

Lawn rolling is performed in early spring while grounds are still soft. This service is done with a 1.5 ton vibratory roller. This smooths out minor irregular contours in the lawn, compresses tunnels made by moles, and helps to reduce mower scalping and tripping hazards. Aeration is a great compliment to lawn rolling as rolling will compact your soil and not allow your soil “breathe”. Aeration is the process of pulling 2-3” plugs all throughout the turf area to reduce soil compaction and increase oxygen levels and waterflow within the soil. Overseeding is an excellent way to fill in bare spots or thicken up sparse areas of existing turf.

Shrub Trimming

Shrub trimming is completed at the appropriate times to keep shrubs in the desired shape and size. Clippings will be collected and hauled off site. Trimming is usually completed two times per year.
